When we saw the ad for Page to Stage last year, we immediately thought this is for our kid - the promise of confidence boosting skills tied with creative story telling and performance sounded like the perfect fit. At home she would create these elaborate stories and have this bright bubbly personality, but out in the world, we would watch her light dim. We were hoping that this afterschool program would help her let other people see just how wonderful she is. And wow, did OFVS deliver.

 

We watched her begin to speak with confidence to any one who would listen; her teachers remarked on how comfortable she had become with sharing and participating in class; we heard stories about her leading imaginary games at recess. The growth we have witnessed over the past year has been remarkable and we’re just so happy to see her little light shining bright wherever she goes now.
